No Soup For You (Almost)!
Thursday, October 23rd, 2008No matter how many times I come to Salt Lake City, I’m always confused by the roads.
W 200 S 900…? In theory, it’s a grid that is based strictly on North, South, East, West and numbers round to the nearest hundred, and should be one of the more simple concepts for a city layout. Still, when it comes time to listen to directions, I never seem to remember the four key ingredients.
So it was that our 2 mile bike ride from downtown to a favorite lunch spot of mine turned into a six mile ride of déjà vu all over again as we crossed over our route multiple times in search of some grub.
